Refund Policy

At ClockOut, we stand behind our product. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund you. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with ClockOut within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund your purchase — no questions, no hassle.

  • Applies to first-time purchases only (one refund per household)
  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Full refund of product cost (shipping fees non-refundable)
  • You do not need to return the product for your first refund claim

2. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@clockout.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A brief note about your experience (optional but helpful)

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Subscribe & Save Cancellations

Cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. We do not prorate refunds for shipped subscription orders, but you can return unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

  • Gift cards (if offered)
  • Partially consumed products outside the 30-day window (unless defective)
