Welcome to ClockOut. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clockout.shop and any products sold by ClockOut. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

1. About ClockOut

ClockOut is an Australian-owned business selling magnesium glycinate dietary supplements. Our products are manufactured in accordance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations for listed medicines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia to purchase ClockOut products. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Pre-order pricing is valid until launch and subject to availability
• Payment is processed at time of shipping for pre-orders
• Subscribe & Save subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Free standard shipping to Australian addresses for orders over $49
• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
• We do not currently ship internationally
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

6. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major

7. Health Disclaimer

ClockOut is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the TGA for therapeutic claims beyond those listed. 8. Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions renew automatically at the discounted rate. You may skip, pause, or cancel anytime via your account or by emailing hello@clockout.shop. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on clockout.shop — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to ClockOut. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, ClockOut's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
